My lovelies began mother’s day by starting off with fruit salad and tea in bed. Aneliese marched in front with a jar of tulips, saying, “Happy Mother’s Day” while Cecily beamed and said, “Day”.
After spending the day, just together, we went for dinner at the Tea House, where Cecily learned how to use a fork for the first time (she ate her entire dinner using it!) and had her first tea party with us.
Aneliese of course being an old pro gave some pointers.
It was a good day and I was blessed. I couldn’t ask for more than to be with my little family, to be given the privilege of walking through life loving and teaching my girls with my man at my side.
And, I am again blessed this mother’s day to have another little one forming beneath my heart. Slowly, quietly making his/her presence known.
Awe what a beautiful mamas day!Congrats! I am so excited for you guys! Babies are such blessings!!
Oh YAY! Congrats! I am so happy for you! I hope you have an amazing pregnancy. Enjoy:)
What a privilege it was to have you and your girls (and Dan!) in on Mother’s Day. They are growing to be beautiful reflections of their Mama. Your girls’ tea party was one of the highlights of my day!
